Frankfurt Airport's Data Center

Eweek's Infrastructure column does a nice case study on the Frankfurt Airport Data Center. It has incredibly impressive features and is redundant from start to finish.

Nine meters below ground, 3 different power grids, redundant chillers offering 1.4 megawatts of cooling and even the building is built within another hardened structure.

Check out the rest of the story and case study here.
